मैं बेकार लापरवाह सा ,खराब मेरा चरित्र ।

वो खूबसूरत हसीना , प्रेम उसका राधा सा पवित्र ।।

       मेरी आदतें बिगड़ रही हैं ,

इसलिए खुद को खराब लिखूंगा मैं ।

तुझे देखने के बाद होश गवां बैठता हूं,

तुझे अपनी नज्मों शराब लिखूंगा मैं।।

My habits are getting worse

काश ! वो मेरे लिए खुद को कुछ इस तरह से सजा के आए ।

होंठो पर हल्की लाली और माथे पर लाल बिंदिया लगा के आए ।।

वो लड़की है ऊंचे ख्वाब वाली,

मसला ये है कि साथ.. फलक तक कौन दे !!

कान लगाए बैठें हैं किसी की आहट में ....,

हर बाजी जीतने का शौक था हमें ,

मगर दिल की बाजी हार बैठे हैं किसी की चाहत में ।।
